PCLA Poker Run

Thanks for joining us for our first PCLA Poker Run!

Ante to play was $20, for which participants received 5 colored chips: 1 (Black), 2 (Red), 3 (Blue), 4 (Green) and 5 (Yellow).

There were 5 stations around the lake, each with a flag that matched the color of the ante chips. Thanks to the Kaspareks, Dallaires, Coonens, Komperdas, and Haaks for hosting pier stations!

Participants boated to each pier to exchange a matching chip for one card. The last station was at Oughton Park, where boaters collected their last card and shared their hand with the emcee.

The winner, with a pair of fours, was Michelle Zelle! Congratulations!

Afterward, we all met at Oughton Park Pavilion with a dish to pass and enjoyed Komperda’s fabulous sausages and Barb’s heavenly fluff. Join us again in 2027!
